Most common repairs, like screen or battery replacements, are completed within 1-2 hours. More complex issues may take 1-3 business days. We will always provide you with a time estimate when you get your quote.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes! We stand by our work. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty that covers both the parts we use and the labor. This does not cover accidental damage that occurs after the repair.
What if you can't fix my device?
We operate on a "No Fix, No Fee" policy. In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your device, you won't be charged for the service. Any diagnostic fees paid upfront will be fully refunded.
Do I need to make an appointment?

1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Services
Tech Mate provides diagnostics, repairs, and support for electronic devices as outlined on our website. All services are subject to the availability of parts. We will provide you with a quote for the cost of the repair before any work is performed. This quote is a non-binding estimate, and the final cost may vary.
3. Repair Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for the specific repair performed. This warranty covers defects in the parts installed and the workmanship of the repair. It does not cover issues that are unrelated to the original repair, nor does it cover any new damage, including accidental or liquid damage, that occurs after you have received the device. Warranty is void if the device shows evidence of being tampered with after the repair.
4. Abandoned Devices
Devices left with Tech Mate for over 60 days after repair completion and notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle or sell abandoned devices to recover the costs of services rendered.
Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
"No Fix, No Fee" Guarantee
Our "No Fix, No Fee" policy applies when we are unable to repair the initial reported issue with your device. In such cases, you will not be charged for the repair service. If a diagnostic fee was paid upfront and we are unable to proceed with a repair, the diagnostic fee will be fully refunded.
Refunds for Completed Services
Once a repair is completed and the device is returned to you, refunds are generally not provided for the labor and parts used. However, if the device fails to function properly due to an issue covered by our 90-day warranty, we will first attempt to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
If, after a reasonable number of attempts, we are unable to resolve the warranty-covered issue, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion. The amount of any refund will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the cost of the original repair.
Non-Refundable Items
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with a repair after we have provided a quote.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues unrelated to the original repair or for damage that occurs after the device has been returned to you.
